Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StockValuer (the “service”), available at stockvaluer.app. By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

StockValuer is a research and educational tool. Everything it provides — including intrinsic-value estimates, bear/base/bull scenarios, screeners, and any figures or commentary — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Valuations are model outputs based on assumptions that may be wrong or become outdated, and they can differ materially from a security’s market price or its true value. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary, and no such relationship is created by your use of the service. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should do your own research and consult a licensed professional before acting.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@stockvaluer.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, or place automated or excessive load on the service beyond normal personal use;
• copy, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the service or its content;
• reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its systems, or other users’ data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

The service, its design, and its original content (including the valuations, write-ups, and software) are owned by StockValuer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own non-commercial research. The underlying financial data is derived from public SEC filings and market prices, which are not owned by us.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

StockValuer relies on third-party and public data sources, including SEC filings and market-price providers. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that any data, calculation, or estimate is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Data may be delayed, and models and methodologies may change without notice.

The service may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockValuer and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any investment losses or lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockValuer and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's home state, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be highlighted more prominently. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
